A:Hi Rosa, with kids we always recommend trying the oil in a diffuser for a short period (ie 3 times at 15 min each) to ensure the kids dont have reactions to it, but these are all calming oils yes. A: It should be used in a diffuser, I will be making it into a roll on within a week as I have gotten a lot of requests for it, so stay tuned for that. and any essential oil in pure form is frowned upon as applying directly to the skin, thus the warning.
