Chaste Tree Berry is native to the Mediterranean and a member of the verbena family. Chaste Berry aids with healthy hormone levels, also known as Vitex, it has long been used to support hormone production and balance. Its use for menstrual disorders dates as far back as 2,500 years ago in writings of Hippocrates.

"If blood flows from the womb let the woman drink dark wine in which the leaves of the caste tree have been steeped" - Hippocrates.

Its primary action is as an indirect normalizer of female reproductive hormones. It is used to regulate the menstrual cycle, address dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), balance hormones, as a galactogogue, and to support and enhance fertility. It has also been an ally for women going through menopause as it aids in night sweats, headaches, memory issues, etc.
