Power Chai Tea - Caffeine Free

Our teas are all inspired by the plants and how they can help us.

This is not your starbucks tea, it's BETTER!  This is how Chai tea should be, brewed slowly with water, then add milk of choice, and made in batches to consume throughout the week.  

This tea does not contain Caffeine

Everyone has a different way of consuming their tea, this is how we recommend preparing this one for consumption to maximize the benefits and amount of tea you yield.

1/4 cup of chai mixture to approx 3.5 cups of water, put the chai in water and heat slowly until it boils.  You can add sweetener at this point if you prefer, low boil 5-10 min total, stir well and turn the pot off, let sit for 15 min.  Taste test (careful it will be hot).  Take 1-2 tsp of tea and add to your cup, then fill with your milk of choice (hot or cold per your preference).
